A leading performance driven display provider is looking to hire a Media Buyer/Publisher Account Director, based in London. The company creates real-time personalised ads and focuses on optimized sales conversions through an acute targeting proposition

The Media Buyer/Publisher Account Director will be responsible for putting in place media buying deals with Publishers as well as managing all existing relationships with UK Publishers. The role will involve signing new top tier Publisher deals, and account managing and increasing month on month revenue by achieving maximum value from the existing relationships. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting, commercial optimisation and negotiating with existing partners, providing performance monitoring on a regular basis, analysing stats through reporting tools and conducting analysis of campaigns

Requirements

  • BA Degree required
  • Proven in-depth experience of online advertising solutions including display/CPM/CPA business models
  • Experience of deal making and managing campaigns with leading Publishers essential
  • Background in media buying and Publisher account development for a Publisher/Ad network/digital agency
  • A good grasp of Internet technologies, and trouble shooting and optimisation or Publisher campaigns required
  • Proven strong analytical skills, including spotting trends and checking performance
  • Fluency in English is a pre-requisite, proficiency in another European language is desirable
