A leading recruitment software provider is looking to hire a Business Development Executive. This global leader seeks to hire experienced new business sales executives to join their successful sales team.
With a rewarding and supportive environment, this position can achieve substantial financial rewards. The role will be based in Essex.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for all sales activities throughout the sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to close of sale. The role will be responsible for all prospect relationships promoting an on-going, profitable business relationship, through good communications and an awareness of the customer's current and future needs. Other responsibilities will involve assisting the Sales Manager with marketing activities when needed.
Requirements
- Vertical market sector experience in a specialist software house
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment market
- Sound knowledge of business systems is required
- Good grounding in hardware and software components
- Ability to configure viable complex software quotations
- Previous experience of "working within" or "selling to" the market sector
