John launched nicholson in May 2004 having spent the previous 11 years at PSD, initially as a consultant in the Communications industry before becoming Managing Director in 2000. "Of course we are ambitious, we want to become the most successful recruiter within our chosen markets but equally important we want to grow a genuinely specialist consultancy, where consultants are adding value to their clients every day, a business where individuals are treated like grown-ups, are enfranchised, empowered, encouraged and developed."
