Anna Wiatr
Anna is a graduate from the Poznan University of Economics and The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London. She has over 14 years of practical experience in recruitment and selection of high and middle level management staff as well as in personnel consulting, mainly in sectors such as industry, packaging, B2B and services.
She started her career working for Ernst & Young, where she managed recruitment and selection projects as well as consulting assignments involving work analysis, work evaluation and establishment of motivation systems. She also did internal recruitment for departments such as: Auditing, Taxation and Legal Advisory, and Accounting Services.
In 1999 Anna joined the Poznan Branch office of Edison Morgan (then Nicholson International), first as a Senior Consultant, then Branch Manager in Poznan and finally in June 2009 she was appointed Managing Director of Nicholson CEE Ltd after Nicholson acquired the business. She specializes in recruitment and selection, as well as in HR Management Consulting involving Management Audits, Assessment / Development Center and outplacement programs.
Since 1998 Anna has been lecturing on work analysis, job evaluation and employee reward at the Postgraduate Human Resources Management studies offered by the Poznan School of Banking.
Since 2004 Anna has been a member of CIPD.
