Nicholson CEE focuses on recruiting middle to senior management talent, not only in vertical business sectors, but also across a variety of functions in the CEE market. During our long presence in the market we have worked with companies from major sectors including FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging, Real Estate & Construction, Energy & Oil, Electronics and Chemicals. We also work with companies working with pollination systems, precision machined airframe, engine components and advanced water re-use and recycling systems.

This process has proven to be the most efficient in contacting the best people and filling positions not only in finance, sales, manufacturing and general management, but the rare specialists such as a Wood Sourcing Leader, a Bakery Technologist, Clinical Lead for a CRO Company and a Sales Director of flat carbon steel products as well.
The Warsaw office opened in January 2012 and recruits into the new technology markets across CEE. We are very much looking forward to developing the Nicholson brand further within this region.
Our standard process of candidate selection includes competency-based interviews and in-depth reference checks. Additionally, we run Assessment Centres and Development Centres.
